Greg Dolphin (RELX) has been taking RELX’s support team on a journey towards an XLA based service using proactive approaches to ensure great digital employee experience. RELX chose Lakeside’s SysTrack Digital Experience Monitoring solution as the platform to provide real time visibility into what users were really experiencing. The platform provides his team with the EUX scoring data and tools to proactively address issues before they became tickets, speed up ticket resolution and other use cases including user engagement, asset sweating and persona based service provision.
