Über den Workshop
A major side-effect of business process digitisation is the fact that the execution of business processes becomes continuously observable. The observed data is, however, almost exclusively captured performance monitoring, event correlation, log management and time-series database tools and is used primarily for the retrospective technology-oriented analyses. By applying AIOps to this data in real time business executives gain insight into the ways in which the future will unfold as well as business impacts. This ability to enhance digital business process execution with future-oriented, business-oriented digital insights will prove critical in the coming months to ensure that a business can surge its growth rapidly in a post-Pandemic world. In this webinar, the speaker will discuss:
• How digitalisation makes business process execution observable;
• How AIOps makes observability future oriented and business oriented;
• Why future and business oriented observability are prerequisites for rapid digital business growth
